+ s. w7 N8 c! J! v, H* `7 i-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
& K: t- s3 K( Q7 d5 G; Q; U& L# F5 i-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
0 v( F; h# b% S-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception
+ J# T! I/ F% M& L+ N+ g' k% {9 r( Z
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
+ f0 Y4 b$ m* n: a-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
: _8 K% t% J( I8 \. }8 q: A, w-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
