Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)

* e# C, a6 ?+ X+ O$ ^! k5 r8 U8 f5 y-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
  F) k7 \$ t' y: R6 H3 B9 {-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
2 N" f. ^2 X3 G/ [7 Z-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception
# x* Q- l+ m7 Q2 w
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
