$ h4 \/ D% Q6 V0 b* d# d4 [  M0 i-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
: o0 T8 f0 E) S  n! x: V-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
& G6 Z  S* f) [7 A7 q8 v4 u-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
/ w6 B5 F" R5 ]( e6 |& j& b. e-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
( \. @: m1 y: j-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
8 I' K* d9 T7 R9 z/ r2 C-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
