-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
2 p" h* C1 ~  }% \% h* A  z-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
8 A' m7 b& i; q-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

4 Q( h8 ?& E# k& ?% s. E) w% y& @# HQualifications:
; ~+ k6 K& M1 l$ ~/ g# l-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
, g. f( |6 B2 x$ u7 u4 g3 L-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
  X- @- p2 P1 E. o! {: Q* M-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
7 U# ?& f0 D/ z% ~7 _7 P! n5 y# l-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
