-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
/ N2 p0 p# O* O* H-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
" B$ G. H# b4 o5 j-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
. L; H: [1 D0 D3 v5 R- C" Y-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

* E3 e6 J$ H1 n& c$ R) EQualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
9 n4 E! l" K, R-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
3 B! S5 ?0 P- j) q3 O6 b6 [-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
