•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
' I$ S- q5 L/ K1 @" x! O' n' _: ]8 J•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
7 n' W1 |9 M+ W7 D& N•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
. ^7 b9 ]/ J# x% c' }•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
9 M$ P, T6 Z: n7 W! f: m•        Must be able to communicate effectively
% ~9 E/ k1 `2 T) P  ]) A7 R•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
$ u8 `6 M6 H# G•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
