Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals

5 X% O  ~% U! o4 D# y•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment

•        Cleaning of work area
- l% A" n* p' i; U; H" y6 r•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
# ?7 w- E* d3 L. Z. c•        Completion of secondary school is required
  B  }* R- s7 v. B3 {4 V) U0 t  x•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
