Job Description
) ?6 Z) L7 U/ g4 y3 {•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
) p  w) K$ x4 a1 m0 p' h3 A•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
7 {* K8 [8 P  L•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
8 I6 b) Y( g8 w) U•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
& j! Z4 h* p2 J6 N1 M5 h•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
2 _+ F1 [8 P* Q4 M. W•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player

8 Z* R! x0 P6 S. i& {/ n& ?•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
