•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
) n. D8 x8 k5 s( f, z: g) Y2 X1 Y•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down

0 M& B& x, m  u, w4 W& ~•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

5 o& R/ u9 d: ZEmployment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
