Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first ; U! E X% {+ c J9 m/ }; i
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
8 d3 y* I5 n& REmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 1 z7 C) U$ P! q# B9 x3 n6 b0 x
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
. W8 Y4 |2 [2 n3 _$ t6 e% Ein the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
1 k2 O p# E! C3 Oare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
8 F' o8 N0 x+ @% U0 Bbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
! o- a ^2 J: u% maccountable to the project coordinator.

( l+ ^6 Q" N# N: OThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
: `! P0 k+ S( m& b9 Gschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ( r: R" S) }3 p' m. B4 o1 _
desirable.

( P( _! j- x) Q9 w18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 2 ?' l1 K/ a/ J
Keen ability to organize and lead
' q" G7 s9 N: ?' y% k7 ARegular attendance at meetings
) x/ M7 t- M2 ^/ \: N; RRelate well with other youth and adults , r. ]1 b4 M1 ^5 n
Willing to be mentored and trained
