Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach * s, y& H$ _! b; ^
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

( B8 K4 ^3 U" y5 S! z! ^ 9 p, y" {8 S W8 u5 O+ _6 O
Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first 0 r5 I6 k' a# |) j$ o8 ^
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
7 A% B7 p* h) A% z9 _8 nEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
7 L$ O! X$ S) q& T$ jyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
2 S+ n. C; U: i; I3 Nin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
1 V7 \% p( ?6 L# Hare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, & E q s4 @6 I6 \
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
; S0 F; `: t" u& j. ~" R6 zaccountable to the project coordinator.

" J; p- O+ x0 t; |; l5 i! FThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own ' w# A& A( b# v$ C
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 6 B# _9 ]3 L- i4 }) i0 C; L
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills * R1 h5 L& @- B9 M
Keen ability to organize and lead 9 o n# v1 d7 c2 x' t# h/ t0 A
Regular attendance at meetings " O4 c) ?! c6 j$ i3 ]) I* ?
Relate well with other youth and adults
& }. D8 c# |8 C' p8 D! K7 pWilling to be mentored and trained
