Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
+ w$ }$ d3 v6 Gservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
- H0 M, L/ l5 B4 k2 c" t  ytheir development.

$ E: D; n+ S$ K( PTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
  Y+ ^0 s' `3 l# ]' Shand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
  O, q" l0 k4 Z$ @* m/ X' vin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: X7 ]! F- `. x, I2 Y. u8 D8 w* K1 naccountable to the project coordinator.

+ t1 L$ Q+ a7 i% V. T. F' Z* m' [The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
- n% m, v: @8 c; g; U; \1 M( O" _. q9 ~desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
2 }9 c5 p6 Q- ^5 E3 F6 EKeen ability to organize and lead
+ y0 O  ?' G3 T7 h( J) JRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
: N: f$ {6 H0 N  [% ^Willing to be mentored and trained

$15 per hour plus benefits
