* n! X3 W2 ?" E- m8 x2 Hservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
) q) U* L# s! T! Q3 \their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
8 X( G1 O  O7 |" c7 ]hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
+ v' o8 W: E' ?( iin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
( B: ~" A- r0 J8 {! E: jare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
  A- I4 x  A) B1 I1 O) ]+ Y6 @accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
" [4 U8 B) X& d# a- uschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings

Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
9 x9 v0 i8 b! M, T7 r  ^; N! B$15 per hour plus benefits
