+ J3 u/ E, c' |' S0 F' X  xTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
4 v6 K9 s' u0 T6 |" Q8 M* ~) Jservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
- I9 i, y3 O# J: f+ [" C$ khand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
5 h. u9 r! P" M. A% _3 I9 ]youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
+ A/ o$ r/ H& K5 Z* P: [in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
/ B+ ]0 `5 P) L5 _9 K" k% m+ u  \are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
0 ^$ c, @! i. g# \balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
" o8 N& u8 W- v# ?5 `$ t9 t' Caccountable to the project coordinator.
$ P# J: o' I4 K6 O9 q5 r7 ^
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
  @/ z$ J7 i; P5 A8 {. S, W' n" gschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

# p' Q5 W: l& D18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
6 g* [$ K" K% a7 H  ^3 z  w' E) `Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
0 i% A$ A- C5 F  PWilling to be mentored and trained
& ~8 i$ o0 G/ @) {

$15 per hour plus benefits
