Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
+ w$ }$ d3 v6 Gservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

$ E: D; n+ S$ K( PTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
Y+ ^0 s' `3 l# ]' Shand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth " P) T* n7 z k- p: }
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a + S4 {' u b7 g( A/ u) ~4 }& z
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
O, q" l0 k4 Z$ @* m/ X' vin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You " D% x3 D2 u- ?' U: K5 {
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 9 o+ A8 J* l5 M( P
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: X7 ]! F- `. x, I2 Y. u8 D8 w* K1 naccountable to the project coordinator. ' Z0 b( e& w- v7 b; |
+ t1 L$ Q+ a7 i% V. T. F' Z* m' [The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own e0 n' z$ Z: F/ c) k7 x! P* s
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills

Relate well with other youth and adults
