The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 6 z( X7 ^6 t6 i% }6 f

Reception:. s# }/ J& A6 x3 f m# N5 Q/ L6 C
• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required) Q& f8 L1 h9 R
• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads6 l& Q% k1 p2 {2 K* L, d$ u
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
$ N# M$ I$ c( k% G• Input and manage high volume of data; w }7 a4 D3 Y5 E. ^$ p
• Update and maintain databases
& f0 `4 m$ i0 b6 G) x" B• Generate monthly reports and statistics; Q- B2 A1 `/ f# V3 O% a
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
" X8 J* p( S) {. q• Process payments and complete weekly deposits+ Q; D' H( y( O3 X: b. ^$ {
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
' E: E) G4 s$ M9 C& j• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
+ r7 b0 g5 C' d |6 X& u5 ^# l/ F• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre

Qualifications:
4 W0 {! j/ ?% @( [$ q W) N7 X; `! ~$ C" F: x
• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure: C) ]0 f, E& H. u
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
: L' f3 ^7 x, ?# I• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
; n+ R0 }& t" V3 p. ~( J/ U• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work9 F( n1 `+ O ^ b
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population
; G% B6 W% Q& ]7 A* k0 o, M6 o• Strong customer service skills
