The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

Reception:( \7 o8 J; T9 s, r T, h5 @1 _9 v- ~
• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
9 X9 o) d# a! k• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads% t0 Y" C6 K) w
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits2 N: q! t2 g) m& }4 B
• Input and manage high volume of data
. [, d x* @* T* t, F• Update and maintain databases
% J! o% f3 L& t) q• Generate monthly reports and statistics% U5 ^9 D, G- _
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
0 a; Z7 a/ r% w2 g. p3 r0 F! R) a• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
* A1 {' ^6 u9 V. h- a2 w$ {7 V• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
; ]& H: g; E& Q4 M+ B8 b• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors" J% H T$ Y& S
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre

Qualifications:9 z# b- i1 x3 ?; t! ~! X7 Q

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure, p. _7 i9 K4 N: w: I& ?
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
@& W8 F! `1 y% K7 a d/ W• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1 A) A+ l! z! I) S. G• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work

• Strong customer service skills
