The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

/ H: g* X2 q2 IThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team./ I( t& _2 I. P1 F5 G: l8 c

Reception:
' y1 y: j4 l: x) P• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
4 `! t% g. B% K6 y• Answer multi line telephone system" j2 R: I% O. c# @
/ T: V9 V T4 n) w. E# i- GAdministration:3 p# R( `, s5 `3 S/ j6 {
• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
: G/ x& R! V6 j& o: h• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits$ i1 }3 \, j) B* ~! ?/ ?3 d
• Input and manage high volume of data) ]2 H( @2 P* G- r0 D4 S' Q- j/ m
• Update and maintain databases; ~: c$ H# t, G) u% K/ @
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
& v3 X/ r4 Y$ ]9 t6 [, W, P$ D• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
8 Z! L$ N/ m% X) c• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
* }& i$ f( a7 q( w• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
1 y: z7 R* Q' T# ?% _3 w• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors6 U& z$ s/ L6 W' M1 G
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre) x- P# c# _4 A9 |" g( H
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients3 _4 X" e) Z0 T+ H! `# E1 {# k# T/ H

Qualifications:0 [% W* S+ W; O4 i% i6 z
' O: h5 @/ U# ~( ^• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure. ~6 S, {6 y8 k8 M
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

- A! {2 x$ x/ [: c/ X) y9 K# N5 ?• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work& S$ G+ g$ S' X) ~6 D2 D$ ?
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population& j. v( k- l; C( B$ t! r
• Strong customer service skills
