■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
9 Y2 O! Q( |: p2 ^4 z; E- k■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
9 Q! W) ]! c9 f* ]: k■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
1 W& H# x+ z, K$ X7 l; U$ |: tExperience and Education:
/ a/ p! N7 g/ U! \1 M■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.: R9 l* c- O% t' A- y7 D
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.3 d8 e: n, A/ _5 Z& M- l/ b. ]
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset. S" x5 x( P' `% {
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
! L* R% D4 x, Q6 a■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
; N0 Z" i* X3 m■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
