Responsibilities% X& R0 X9 K' m8 T* ]* H# K
■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.2 G) H% i7 U$ @! c$ Y3 N
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.' o5 a1 }" k1 K& W$ O
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships) Y' m+ O1 o1 _3 P% a/ z2 e
Experience and Education:0 t# z" l' l5 B0 \& h3 T
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
! O6 J0 Z# i# }/ T) l■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
0 e+ B' s1 t# w8 x) Y4 z2 U1 t■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.! z. c# u [) `2 }# ?1 E
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
* I. Q1 c; K" M■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;/ R2 k! I' u t4 R
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
