Responsibilities
■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
9 {, A. f! R  t+ J■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
8 j( }" ~' B4 }5 j■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
( u7 w$ M/ g2 I# f9 d+ O, bExperience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
" U9 r1 Y; k& Z4 \9 J■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
' P5 K% E! n4 q9 G2 U4 D( G4 l1 u1 t■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
) a( g. j( |' U" s/ N# J5 J■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
0 J" x  N  y  @6 W2 m7 }1 X1 X■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
