■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.; I: @& ~$ J5 u
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.7 F2 a1 @ G j7 m& q
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships, g& [0 u3 u+ p# { q8 [
Experience and Education:/ W, ]: w6 j+ j, ~" n
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
& Z) a4 l" g7 p■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
3 Q2 f+ z" i9 t■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.; @, O4 u- p: h* _* v
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;+ N3 o7 }9 H/ w# N- u+ ?% V
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;( o' y& Z# _- K" a# ?& u
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.9 c- b# [6 U g- p
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
