■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.- m$ l% W7 `! y1 a) B# x. o
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.$ I# p" {! u3 T. v
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
3 p8 \7 E- P9 B8 e* Q4 u m: t; wExperience and Education:
! E! H( ~( K; c/ u r# O" [) z) W■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
) G% q( ~% x$ U- G■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.1 k, B8 {7 c& p6 N/ C
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
; s7 j* h3 m0 Q8 Y& S■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
8 P. w1 m1 Y. b8 k- y■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;4 u" s5 w3 c0 E4 z0 R
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.6 i( ? w% [( ~ `: ^) ^2 L% A
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
