Responsibilities
# I  \0 R4 b5 W■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
7 r! R7 p, I" M■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
4 a; W0 Z2 ~* k; i5 _) y- sExperience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
) c# A% K4 d. R  R( K! ?/ b" ^! A■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
6 L+ W) y4 p0 l' D0 e■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
. p; r6 Q5 v# a9 S" F5 Z$ b' x■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
0 A" U: r, b, G' E; N) u■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
+ @/ `: L9 [( B0 D1 ?, P# S■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
$ X+ k* O- Z* {% Q9 e" O■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
+ ]3 E# y1 L4 K* U. S5 v$ _■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
