Clifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

Responsibilities
$ f3 b- ^8 J; r% W( P9 V) ~5 F* P■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
; ]' x9 {7 b9 v; K8 j■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
/ j1 L3 L  x# {# d5 W/ }* Q- V■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
" y$ P9 t; X  X0 K: T2 P  u1 F% dExperience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
& t: {, f( m% T/ S■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
1 L0 H; g4 \( o1 |* l■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
* t: r; s+ d) K* \+ U' P. E( u* N■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
