9 }* |9 b- P7 p0 J% WClifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

Responsibilities
■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
Experience and Education:
6 f# Q2 N) @4 d! m* A% u5 O8 D■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
/ X' d  I1 ^' h7 l! i& |■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
# b& o" G( H0 C' o0 l8 y2 p■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
6 ?) d4 ^# o/ A! x1 H/ \/ m6 Z0 z■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
