Responsibilities
0 d( ` ?" N, S4 C$ d( N' {/ N■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
8 l5 f3 m. w/ {6 ~8 j3 `■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.2 c' L* b" i! Q& T! O" Y
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships" }: y5 c+ \' j8 M2 l$ {
Experience and Education:3 w9 D: U3 q* k) T& I
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.8 D/ F9 Q O3 T' ]0 D- t: O
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
- W7 [$ u) ?) k. A■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.; h+ V% q I5 N2 x3 M& u
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;/ M' s% g1 n) y1 w. S. S/ t
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;) X" Y: P2 _; r' d* H) |3 a
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
% }% E0 x Y8 M# r, m. ]■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing., F5 Q' T7 c+ O
