$ K" W: v8 h( {4 o■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.( n7 z* h. J; S
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.5 h- Z: V( C! S0 Z2 I, w
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships. e1 _1 c5 P2 Q& q
Experience and Education:& r: a7 r1 T5 H9 U
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.. D5 q/ z [) O5 f) \; R: F7 `
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.0 S% u6 R3 x) E7 {5 c
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
& b% p! U. O; |■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;8 ~! e! U* ?* z' Z
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
; Q1 q5 u$ \0 E7 t P■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.! k% f6 J/ y& f# F1 n+ z
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
