Clifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
0 L: }! c8 a3 z! K7 ]+ W% [/ T■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
+ @" o% G  k) c# Z3 l■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
/ c. h* H& @+ k9 s  j& S6 nExperience and Education:
1 Q& ?* t& J2 ~4 D1 ]■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
0 U# b: v4 F* p■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
$ x8 y- I: c" I+ _- Z+ u' B* C■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
- \& Y  }. }. r: G/ O+ y■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
