Clifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
Experience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
7 v( c& Q7 L7 [- `■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
$ w. w- I& t+ N■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
( Q# G! Z& b  R; b' A0 D: J■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
- F5 _( p, |+ R. T# J# g, U, ]7 \■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
8 W* T3 N! ~2 d3 y■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
