■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
+ ?% p8 u* o# e■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects./ J& w& Q1 I1 U9 O7 X3 f# E& S
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
2 g$ q$ s" ~% G* d$ D; e% z- UExperience and Education:1 ]; p0 w9 Z/ k; U
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.5 D4 C% ?3 X; U, _, V; ?$ I
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.) W0 Y, H) P) d* e8 W
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.* H( w' y/ F2 J
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;& R% [3 f) o8 Z1 }% i6 ?
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;2 O( c" y& A! r
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
; L+ \, S Q4 O4 C9 j$ X y■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
