Responsibilities
0 |" ? q8 P2 u3 V+ [9 D■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.) z- H" r6 S+ G! x! A, f
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.* a$ a F; U; t. D# v8 h5 N
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships# X. O) P5 o# ~/ f* S( E* W4 p
Experience and Education:5 G) j& ]$ x4 p5 O- v2 S+ v
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.$ i) y& @5 l. {) ?" ~" E
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.6 ?$ q0 x- S+ {, w
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.4 }; `1 I- e2 Q5 P) Y+ H- Q
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
% p' Q. C3 Z0 C■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;) O: r3 _) M |7 S2 G* {8 |* Y
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
