Clifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

8 A0 W1 G4 U2 K, j■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.9 I* x+ y! ]0 h
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.6 s8 F1 V0 W# O) s
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships; {0 ~6 V" f9 f; u* e
Experience and Education:
0 C5 s# F0 W) p" u3 \" _1 t■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.5 L7 N* x( t) i- I% a
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.8 N# r0 M' B& N! A
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.8 J( C+ H5 ?7 {8 ?; e& a
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
+ M; {- R0 o; ^9 f8 u5 a■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;, n! h3 a# ]0 ?; Q2 C0 p9 e2 X
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
