■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.8 H" V9 _ ~1 l
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.7 `6 ]" m. ?' Z3 U0 \; L$ a
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships/ c6 _8 t' l, G+ i' o
Experience and Education:
* r" @" Z% t% `2 ?% T■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable./ _! K" O, ?$ `) q. g+ ]
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.5 I R" {) B H/ a
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.' Q/ `. i+ a/ x. {/ @
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
; X X; N& T2 @! W: J2 v! T■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;" [: B8 N7 g h4 O, G: x
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
" g: b2 x5 j/ O1 F% G) C■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
