1 x) C* F5 j: U1 u: V c7 u■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
$ B6 o3 P% X0 g# G■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
& s8 h+ D" I! p) b- g4 s■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
! E! \& {! X# Z! g9 F5 m, CExperience and Education:
7 z) A0 q* V4 `* B■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.# k% j0 v* B$ X. _4 d# z2 P# `7 J
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing./ e8 ~$ U. E! `- L* j: o
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.3 N: W; c, j6 v3 Z N3 v
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
7 A- i+ Y! e( @' A& T# @■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
: m* Y" [1 h" V$ x■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
2 N2 v) H. m# J& v( r) Y0 t■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
