■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
. E, Z7 @" y5 [3 w. j& T% a* z■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.4 I3 S6 J3 o9 `' H* z
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships9 [* V1 B | P- t- Q% t4 l
Experience and Education:
, z& h, c: ?7 W+ A■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.! M$ j6 _3 h2 u, f( y
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
( U7 E' }4 t* i! X+ E4 V■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
0 _: o6 ^1 M: G. ^& @■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;& j) l/ ^& }; W- c/ ]
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
9 j* i! n1 H) j7 ?7 B* x■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.6 P/ ^( N: q! X# O) `
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.! a9 R; I% X' t8 e9 r7 V
