■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.6 W/ B& z. t! y; T; [- x; W8 M
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.$ ~* B; ~/ p6 B! e! T3 ^
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
- E; S! u% b) m3 K( `& |Experience and Education:
1 J+ W# @# K% Z z■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable." e6 W% x; M+ t9 P; s
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
5 {2 M/ d+ D' m7 K- L! A■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
0 O" f" K! o: R1 t■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
* o8 s( s$ e' ^* X■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;4 V' k, a) f6 H5 g. ?" F" \5 c
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.) i8 w+ B3 O2 d# _5 c3 C
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
