Clifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

: \" m: S: c$ T6 C. x0 ~Responsibilities
! n; i) ]* a/ S# i! |■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
3 o4 S1 a" I9 q, T■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
5 D- q7 f" a9 k' s& p" k■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
Experience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.

■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.

No. But they need a material testing technician too. Could you do that?

hi, grace. I have  working experience for material testing ,but it is in china. if i have a chance for the position of   material testing technician .
