2 I1 N& }, b ~4 D■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
5 U1 h4 f8 V: {1 j- t■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships. u S% g. F$ ~( x+ e' {
Experience and Education:! X) j8 ~# Q2 P
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
@% L$ w# r* d8 [$ q" A■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
; @4 j5 G8 r! L, E: T g■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.9 k# `; e0 _3 S" e
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
+ K* b$ W( _- H4 Y- t. m■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;% m' ]& ]! p3 d) v- h0 F7 Y
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.* b; _) P* D1 t6 S
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
