$ f( O. K l$ A9 Q: p: U■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.8 q7 O+ p0 o- Z9 _- t/ ~( f! q) g
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships' |, {& H7 P) j+ M
Experience and Education:
% e6 ]) N' Y% m& B, c■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.$ q$ R: M& z! X% c# _6 U/ c
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing. W$ z' f$ u; ^$ ^+ ]8 D
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
" _9 Z6 b9 f' y' w! E/ k■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
. Y6 q! a4 s4 G, P1 f3 R■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects; z$ B4 T3 m) | y
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
% B% t& |3 |6 N# ^ W! Y■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
& g+ u# k6 i! d$ Q+ X; o* c7 ~' J■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
