Was she raised in China? It's common in China but not in Canada.

If she chooses to play at dinner time, then ask she to leave the table and do not give food to her until the next meal time.

+ a1 p9 J1 H: }! B G" G! h9 oIf she eats and plays at the same time, that's not good. When your reminders don't work, set the timer! You might give her 1 hours to finish her meal first few times. When time's up, she won't be allowed to eat. -In that case, she won't be given toys to play, she won't get the snacks she loves, etc. You'll take whatever she cares. Hopefully next time she listens when you remind.
