This position is to assist in the coordination and delivery of the year long
economic development program.

9 J4 U/ }* t, G. x& j5 Z5 t- iRESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will assist the coordinator in the overall coordination of the CEDI program. This includes recruitment, screening, program planning and implementation, evaluation and reporting. The program requires facilitation of education sessions using a participatory educational approach in the context of economic development, financial literacy, asset building and home based business. It also includes the coordination of ongoing support to program participants, required
operational reporting and database maintenance and maintaining partnerships in the community.

# ?7 i1 A- @3 z· A commitment to the vision and goals of the Candora Society.
9 @& p2 l& s' K! ^7 t- p· Experience working in participatory educational approaches and excellent facilitation skills
· Awareness of and a sensitivity to the issues for families living in poverty
& q1 ~! ~' D4 i4 G; f9 |* B· A willingness to work in innovative ways to address personal and social issues
· Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
· Good knowledge or resources in the community
· Experience in report writing and outcome evaluation

0 n" F4 _4 }  @* O% m· 10 - 15 hours per week
· Wage rate dependent on experience and education $16.00- $21.00
