I need your help on how to interpreted the following sentence, which is excerpted from a UA document.

"A student's progress is evaluated on completion of academic studies for Fall/Winter"

3 t+ K3 ]& x+ ^" w1 tMy question is which of the following two interpretations is correct?
0 P  M1 }3 I0 x1 E' f$ f
! j% P1 S8 ]3 O8 A8 T- g1. The progress will be evaluated on completion of Fall studies (First year student)
' Z1 c6 Z9 a$ _: E' H4 W* V2. The progress will NOT be evaluated UNTIL completion of both Fall and Winter terms?

"A student's progress is evaluated on completion of academic studies for Fall/Winter" means the evaluation would be made at the end of each of Fall semester and Winter semester.
