Position: Project Coordinator. The Edmonton Region Immigrant Employment Council is an industry-led, not for profit organization that is dedicated to ensuring skilled immigrants become more fully integrated into the Edmonton regional labor market. See: www.eriec.ca for details.

Overall Purpose: we’re seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join our team as Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of project implementation in accordance to established time schedules.

' Z9 x% ^3 m/ C- vResponsibilities: The Project Coordinator’s position handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant challenge and change. He/She will develop and maintain positive working relationships inside and outside of ERIEC.

# |- Z9 K( k1 Y1 H" ]Reporting to the E. D., the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of identified strategic initiatives and will: plan, organize & direct all activities as required for the full implementation of ERIEC’s project goals/objectives; ensure that project activities are consistent with the project objectives and that objectives can be met with available resources; manage an existing Career Mentorship program as well as other mentorship related initiatives; manage project working committees and relationships with project partners and stakeholders (employers, service providers, government, skilled immigrant organizations).

Qualifications/Skills: Post-secondary education - University education in related field; equivalencies are acceptable) with 3+ years of related experience; demonstrated project management experience, project evaluation, marketing & budgeting; demonstrated skills in managing stakeholder relations including group facilitation. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (plus benefit package).
