Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
5 V. w, ]/ w$ I% S/ K: d-        Sell merchandise to customers
8 h  s( `! N0 L) w+ W! t& c  r-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
. l5 H. g: h. ~+ p! c" W# O' Z4 F-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

1 |% g( o6 B$ r# ^3 [3 |. ]-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset

-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
