/ S* a2 x) L( L: R5 rJob Description/Main Duties:
& @$ f0 h# U8 s4 V1 j2 p1 Z-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
  _! D' U0 N8 i" V# S-        Sell merchandise to customers
( v8 M1 @' K. D, @2 ]-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
, Y1 m" z9 B% X1 A0 p$ x  ?-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
8 v- A) M  g3 E  K. O. h" {-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
% J: y8 G. ]- d8 q) s2 W* k3 T-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

/ ?1 d: O1 }( s/ M  }-        Completion of secondary school is required
; B. X8 z8 }6 {9 E$ I; v-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
6 A% t  S$ F2 e* X' w) U1 }+ N: y-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  U, b4 a, ]. Y, U/ A6 y-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
