2011年3月2日埃德蒙顿消息：2月份，埃德蒙顿地区的房价基本与2009年同期持平，自1月份房价轻微上涨之后，2月各类房型的平均房价与两年前基本持平。

独立屋平均价格为$359,934，较1月份上涨了约1个百分点，上年同比下降3.1%，与2009年同期的$349,810十分接近；而康兜（Condo）的价格走势保持同步，平均价格为 $230,911，较上月上涨了4.5%，上年同比下降0.65%，2009年2月份康兜的平均售价为$229,685；而丢普莱克斯（duplex）和排屋（rowhouse）的平均成交价为$303,440，环比上涨2%，同比下跌5.6%，而两年前同期均价为$288,379。
