$ ^" U/ w/ c* m, b& M6 FCome join our Infrastructure Services team where you will be part of a dynamic group assisting senior staff in tactical and strategic decisions in support of business and technology initiatives at the WCB.

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the supportability of the distributed server environment by administering a Windows based server infrastructure. You will install software, and resolve complex IT problems while adhering to ITIL Change Management practices. As well, you will be required to prepare and review system and environment documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Infrastructure Services (IS) team. As a team member, you are expected to assist other IS members with various activities including projects and problem resolution, and to make recommendations on new technologies, as requested.' q/ B5 P6 S3 d/ ]- S5 w/ Y8 {
" W3 f/ Q9 w2 SThe ideal candidate will be a graduate from a recognized university or institute of technology in a computer related discipline. You will have an MCSE or be in pursuit of the MCITP and/or A+ designation and have demonstrated competency in supporting Windows systems. Linux skills, and experience with Lotus Domino, SAN, and Microsoft clustering is an asset. Superior technical and troubleshooting skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with excellent client service skills, will lead to success in this position. You must demonstrate an ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple, ongoing activities in order to meet deadlines.7 k" I* Z4 c; ?( P! C
