I think they need someone who has experience in this field, normally you have to got a Meat cutting certificate from NAIT, the way they cut the meat is totally different from the way we used in China, do not waste your time if you have no experience, the band saw is very difficult.

and the band saw is very dangerous, if you worked in TNT,  you would know someone lost their fingers there.
