哈哈～如题～夏天快来了，现在出门明显能感觉到阳光好强烈～其实我本来是不愿意往脸上乱抹得～总觉得要长痘痘～但是今天听说这里得阳光很强烈得～大家都来讨论讨论好用得防晒隔离
我先来说说哈哈用过倩碧得city block 无感搓泥
碧欧全太干
理肤泉还蛮滋润得～可惜去年没用完好像时间不能放太久就给我丢了

i use to use dior snowwhite makeup base...

now im too lazy to put too many layers.
so i just mix sunscreen with my fundation
or tinted moisturizer contains spf with my foundation
now i am using lancome tinted moisturizer with armani silk liquid foundation

1 drop and 1 pump, done.

right..but loosing powder wont be able to cover every corner on your face. so the foundation layer still contributes the rest.
think about this way. the physical sunscreen acts like the mirrior on your face, the chemical sunscreen actually let the photo-chemistry react on the sunscreen layer. no sunscreen protects perfectly.
stay home and turn off all the lights...and take vitamine-D is the only solution for vampires~~~

我只是每天SPF50，资生堂蓝色LOTION。
不过我很少在外面活动，滑雪的话就SPF100了，露得清。

PS.晚上一定要卸的，否则对皮肤很伤的。

我对理想中的面部防晒霜的要求是：
1、最好是物理防晒，最好是20%浓度以上的zinc oxide成分，对UVA&UVB都有较强的blocking strength
2、SPF值至少30以上，最好40以上
3、涂在脸上不过于苍白，不过于油腻，不会引发粉刺，不会和之前与之后使用的产品搓泥
这样的产品我还没找到，也许根本就找不到，满足了1和2，3就很难满足，满足和2和3，1就很难满足。
我对身上用的防晒霜要求较低，不排斥化学防晒或者化学和物理成分并用的防晒，但是SPF值提高到至少60以上。
不管选择什么样的防晒霜，都不是用了就万事大吉，还要力所能及地去做：
1、要年年用月月用天天用，无论室内室外刮风下雨下雪地用，只要不是呆在完全漆黑的地方就要用
2、外出的时候照样尽量避免被阳光直射
3、根据时间间隔和活动情况补涂
4、用卸妆的方法来卸除脸上和身上的防晒
这是防晒的态度问题，我不能做到100%严丝密缝，不过我认可这个态度，已经在尽量了。

Zinc oxide provides protection against the full UVA and UVB range from 280 to 380 nm. Titanium dioxide protects well against UVB rays and short UVA rays, but not against longer UVA rays. however, longer UVA rays which are the rays tan your skin but not damage your skin. the shorter UVB Rays are the more harmful rays which may cause skin cancer.
so Titanium Oxide is a better UVB reflector, Zinc Oxide is a better UVA reflector and moderate UVB reflector.

all Chemical Sunscreen ingreadients are not reflectors, they are absorbant/filters.

and if it is zinc/titanium oxide based sunscreen, they are not so bad plugging the pores, the silica oil in the makeup is the worst...

那我们用些shower gel不也够了，如果我们用宝宝防晒霜的话。。。再说我家小子就随便洗洗，不敢给他脸上用shower gel, 怕搞到眼睛不舒服，皮肤没啥问题的说

当然，也许可以说我们大人的毛孔比小朋友大，容易堵

用婴儿的无泪配方就好
aveeno或者强生的都不错
其实baby powder的主要成分也有二氧化锌的，所以真的不用太太担心
二氧化锌和二氧化钛都是很安全很inerd的成分
