CRNE Study Group for Internationally Educated Nurses

Directions for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) is offering a study
group to assist Internationally Educated Nurses in preparing for the Canadian
Registered Nurses Exam (CRNE).

) H$ j0 X% C# U) {4 b3 W  fThe emphasis is on reviewing materials as outlined in the exam syllabus through a
5 [' j4 Z' e1 Q$ I2 T2 oquestion and answer format. Participants will become familiar with the learning
% Q0 I  F1 ^4 Z! N9 ?- ?2 n- s/ dmaterial and develop test taking skills. The study group is co-facilitated by a Career
Coach and a professional in the field.

To join the CRNE study group, participants are required to be deemed eligible by
College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) to write the
: o* e0 o+ [. \4 qOctober 5, 2011 exam. Individuals who are completing required coursework and are
intending to write the CRNE, may be eligible to participate in this study group.
, |- Q& R% p: S6 qParticipants must ensure availability to meet study group attendance requirement.
, p" C% Y4 ~" {) eRegistration for eligible clients is based on a first come first served basis. Since spaces are
limited, early registration is strongly advised.

Important note:
Candidates who live outside of the Calgary area may participate in the study group through
teleconferencing.
