For people who love DT, it is a rather nice location even though it is not within DT core. South of it is the river valley and golf course, not far away from Howlark Park and U of A if one drives.

地理位置不错，交通很方便，但离LRT远了些，开车到 U of A and Macewan University 都很近，如果能买到南朝向有View就更好，但Downtown的房子都不便宜。

谢谢。不知道DT 的 condo 出租市场怎么样。一般1200 尺的俩睡房，俩卫生高档condo能租个什么价格（包电，包水）

DT还是比较好租的，如果是1200尺高档condo包水电的话，应该会租到2000左右，看来楼主想买投资房，不如考虑买入一套one bedroom +den, 更好租，也好卖。
