Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
8 O" I7 M; P, y( F8 vplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal$ ~; _ Y @/ `# C( d! l! p" d
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).# B1 z. P7 y& k% F" Z h
( c- j4 W) U! j* q; R. H( ?To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

5 W8 B6 T) a+ z1 C4 IJob Qualification
' v) i: r. s3 B! A4 R8 kMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services! Y) k/ J4 Y, c: L H8 {
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s. B5 X6 X/ @$ o
School)$ @0 x& n4 V1 h0 L" `7 N1 m
Must have supervisory experience8 r0 b' I6 I3 f4 n; Q
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system+ G! I) l+ L: P$ ?
Must be computer literate: k+ ^* m: r. H
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.7 J, ]2 C$ L* {! ^1 Z# Y' U8 q( X
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
% R. i! }1 ` M' i- }# {8 Z' z' O" CMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills4 j7 x7 g5 _1 ~
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already+ ^- c! a. R4 m1 ?
