Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
- b- W+ h" z5 x* @2 [# [Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP)./ u! G* u; N5 m! H" Z
* a% c) ]" \: ^ Z8 WTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.# E% C3 C2 f) f' |* K: e% e/ ~

Job Qualification. d9 e( }. H! o
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
1 s1 z; I2 E( p8 f! c( e0 dMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
5 z% q/ B& R2 PSchool)0 ]! G8 h4 O b# P( J
Must have supervisory experience0 H2 x) N h) [$ q0 F1 K
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
0 A7 e# I! d) m6 J. s7 Q' u/ gMust be computer literate: I6 j& Y0 o8 v2 G9 e/ }6 J, b9 {
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract., B) z7 D( M3 w$ ?, ^! j
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network/ q- J2 @" }0 k5 O" q/ x; c
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
