FUNCTION:
) W  O; K1 m' P8 J; P/ NThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- N: V8 q# F, ~' i& u  u•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
" a) Z& J5 k! n$ C•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
( v$ ]. I# q' e( N' @: q•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

: W" l1 n3 V0 n* h0 r; F$ p% v& mSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
' I- V; |( n9 U0 Q6 Y1 ]•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
