FUNCTION:
% h$ N$ ?' @- sThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

# C8 z/ y8 b' r1 [DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* \3 G9 K. i  b" C4 r' a3 F0 l•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
& s9 X# p! o# T$ h( C0 {! V•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
# B. {& I. K$ N6 G- \, d% x% ]. i•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
. |3 p6 L4 B/ j+ d8 t•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
8 p. F' E! z0 e•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
& u/ s, l0 _9 }- [•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
