; b$ s; j7 s, D5 iThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
! v, U& E3 n; p9 e7 c: n* Z•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
( Z, k, w# k2 E7 ?# v6 d3 P•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
( C8 H- b1 I' c' n' Z•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
1 c" j  N9 _- j; ?' r( ~, M  l•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
