Qualifications: You are between 16 and 18 years of age as of July 4, 2006. You must be enrolled full-time in (or graduating from) high school (Grade 10 - 12) and be interested in pursuing a career in the environmental sciences.

Dates: July 4 - August 18, 2006

Responsibilities:
- Work on projects such as protecting communities from wildfire, tree planting, site reclamation, non-native plant control, and trail construction
2 v9 i  p% O' i; y$ q- Participate in educational programs including tours, presentations and outtrips
6 A" e( @! l$ D1 t- Learn and demonstrate safe working practices with equipment and projects

Note: These positions are temporary, summer employment opportunities. Meals, tent accommodation, and transportation are provided.
