Duties & Responsibilities: ; Q- D+ |- m2 w9 B! l+ h- q9 `
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
& ?; m$ V& m) h" v6 P @6 y( Q§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock 6 T6 k. ]5 R; V& Q
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
. b/ H6 W' b9 F- O3 f; c. u, ?. v§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis , l( D& \1 @; r8 V; a: u, ?
; h: L* o4 f0 d" r4 f; ?+ o% c8 B
Preferred Education & Qualifications: 7 o+ E$ `5 W* L! [% e- F
§ High School Diploma 4 c3 d3 E. `# z0 r3 x
§ Valid Drivers License 6 a. t# y' a% P
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
- b5 I( |6 n- @! ]# C1 G. E" ~§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge 3 C% A: A6 }2 s7 f2 ^/ ~0 k' z' v {; X
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills . M9 {" r! j& u, I$ \7 n
§ Ability to use computers
