This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. ; D0 Y: ]8 x0 O$ ]: d, n; l8 w
) @: l$ m4 C' w4 G# ~3 \5 {Responsibilities
* k" W' K7 u" b9 E$ o• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners7 \9 @* j( t$ a' b% n# v
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs; u$ @4 A: g% W. H+ u4 ?7 V
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols& |1 I& u( B0 z6 w3 |5 ^
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications- p- K5 V M. [
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field

• Experience in project management & report writing # _" @. ^/ ], h D, Z0 k3 x) O$ U
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
