& w. q8 U% ~( V! g% [        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

: p! k4 `3 d3 i" P4 T7 E* ]5 g& [9 `% yResponsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
8 l3 i1 ]0 g- S, x6 }•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
& L. @1 l# H" Y3 ~2 z: a•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
( Y/ o' k/ Y$ L: }1 P. v# P2 o•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
