7 {" X- X4 ^6 u/ o3 z1 c# |6 H& k        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
) T# \9 P& R$ F' u0 ?8 |( H% c9 S•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
( p7 i8 h( B4 u' o; r* G•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing
) b: d5 u5 s. F9 f
9 Q& v1 \; ~" Z6 m( z" s; aPreferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
: \8 M- p! m- p  f0 T: c1 W•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
  _( l% n; M0 P8 c/ ?" K) n•        Experience in project management & report writing
* D+ x4 g% p2 c; F3 U9 c. {•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
