3 \! G3 e4 h3 H This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

' J% G! X; @; z _- ]: R- v• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners0 N' e) q! A1 `1 w
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs& X- d; P' o) Y1 p! v+ [# P' Y0 U
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
: V3 Z9 j& Q- M- t- i5 M• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing3 ~$ b5 E7 Z& j S

Preferred Qualifications" V% ]7 p8 F! Z w
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field8 l2 W6 G7 E2 `; ?% w; ]
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse ; ~/ ?* d( ?* y# b3 f: R) |
• Experience in project management & report writing
. ~* n- \% c7 r1 }& E• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable' @. ]& Q4 w/ t$ H6 C! {
