        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

6 m! J. M  B7 N9 K4 a& kResponsibilities
8 |) y' _0 ~% j•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
# e& @1 i, ~2 }% m7 _7 T) f•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
  H  }& E* P8 W* m, G; H  v•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
* K) R5 t; t; P+ r4 |. Q) }•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
