! h3 u) {9 |3 j: ^+ Y. I, D This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
+ U: C& p9 _& j( ~9 m' j6 [• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
4 J' z! s4 ~( ~3 w& G$ K• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs- m* x2 [2 V9 U% V
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols6 H* B& R+ ]2 Y' e' F5 R$ e% p* |
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing5 k- P7 Z5 `" t9 U8 m/ r, o+ R

Preferred Qualifications+ h2 U$ ]8 C9 l+ z9 _
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
$ _; i5 p) o. {; N1 N& f• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse 7 A6 j. E0 q/ V% j/ T. P
• Experience in project management & report writing
2 L4 k* v/ ?% }* R( Q6 e( j• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
