5 @3 g! `4 Y. J+ I: P8 V今天上网查了查这爱城到底有多少家可以给大家供选择的。不过发现一个问题，爱城比爱城以南的地方的水电费都贵。住在leduc都比爱城省。而且卡尔加里的选择要比爱城多很多。
简介

  R8 s0 n$ d1 y! M$ q0 r2 ~爱城水电气公司成为 Regulated company有两个，这个词不知道翻译成啥比较好，

电就是 epcor了，煤气就是这个Direct Energy Regulated Services，然后有一些竞争的小公司，仔细的看了它们贴出来的rate，并没有发现这些竞争公司有啥优势，明白人请出来指点。

; W1 i- m7 L0 t7 U2 w5 X我家是用它家的，现在发现它家水电不便宜。当时说的便宜是只adminitrative fee，如果两个再一家花费，另外一个管理费半价，才3，4刀。单价并不便宜。好像还贵。虽然可以用信用卡支付，但是才1/100的rebate，价格上差一份钱早都出来了。并不划算。客服也很差。

我觉得fix不划算，所以不要fix,浮动好了，煤气，水电都是冬天贵，夏天便宜。锁定的价格都是根据贵的锁的。我觉得还是浮动好了

我现在总算明白了所谓他两个单子一个账单省管理费是啥意思了，你如果仔细看你的账单，会发现有一个管理费项目，他的意思是那个省，那个每个月固定6刀左右吧，那个的第二个是半价。算起来也就是省了3刀左右，但是实际上他们的实际的费用还是有差别的，看我上面贴出来的价格就知道了，算起来还是老大epcor和 direct energy价格便宜。虽然管理贵几刀。

0 p$ I9 [: C) G% X3 c! Q他那个不是锁定利率，而是给你个最高上限利率，如果市场利率高于这个就按这个最高的；如果低于这个上限利率，就按市场的。
) @1 @; X+ k; ~2 v8 J6 I7 H/ V关于账单管理费，不是指电的那个6刀多，是指气单上那个50多刀的给省半价，而电上那个6刀多合并到一个单子上也就没了。
我也是这样理解的，给省个几十刀管理费，但他小公司的价格肯定比那两个大公司高的，所以，就不换。

direct energy 又出promotion 了， 不知道要不要， 我现在是粉色的单子，所以是direct energy regulated service 的吧，有没有人签了以前的浮动的，好不好啊省钱么？
