1. It's cool.
3 c/ ]& Y/ k$ ?- K6 X1 Z1 z* E4 J- K0 F! W' A4 e( n; ^. @/ v6 u
(可指人或事物)也就是 something good or acceptable;situation is under control;being calm, gentle, courteous or good-looking;meet teen's standard.
2 U* T' Y5 n( r, }- D5 X6 K+ l That's cool;he is cool;this is cool. 4 |, }3 f5 g4 U; G3 d; ?
Skydiving (或surfing) is cool.(跳伞或冲浪运动很不错): M+ o- @- J1 C: `
3 N0 {- c) j: H1 [- n" o9 W! c9 `8 }
主词可用任何人称的单复数 (I, we, they 等),动词可用 verb to be 的任何时态 (is, was, were, will be, have been等)。
5 o( x( L6 b4 g She (He) was cool in the past. " |6 r3 @; Z8 M6 W/ e7 ] J/ S
That's a cool T-shirt.(好看的运动衫)

" g K6 A% v4 }6 A+ g- Y" M但是如果说:Are you cool?
: h7 w: W5 ^( y She looks as cool as a cucumber. 又是恭维语,是说她很 calm and charming; not , ]5 x& i3 m$ ^' F# C: n
emotional.

2. Are you trippin'?7 ]0 Z& `( V8 w' {
这个字是现在分词当形容词用,是指行为异乎寻常,也许受到吸毒或喝酒的影响,而显得神魂颠倒、奇形怪状(to get high on drug such as LSD),也就是说:要不是受到药、酒的影响,你为什 显得这样古怪呢?(Are you under any influence of drug or alcoholic? Why are you so crazy and bizarre?)
( G/ t1 c0 c5 q x9 ~ They are trippin'. (= tripping)

3. He is a nerd
& G' A2 ]$ s% ^% s: ?0 v
(A person always buries his nose in books, but not good at social situations.) (IQ = Intelligence Quotient ; EQ = Emotional Quotient) nerd 可用复数,动词也能用其他时态。
, t% I; |; ^ {2 y) h He used to be a nerd in high school - h: G6 }6 ^, \. W! E
) H; k' f+ s/ s) o
4. Yo baby' q: J: R( J1 g5 `: @

(He thinks she is pretty and attractive, so he wants to speak to her.),也就是找话题,想要「打开话匣」。(to use as a form of opening line or pick-up line or to begin a greeting; try to know her or date her) 如果说:
3 D- e1 T* A, U* l7 e1 t4 q1 H Yo baby, are you trippin'? 意思是:漂亮的姑娘,你的样子有点怪里怪气,有什 心事吗? ) B2 H2 W; J6 D2 h2 m! {
. T; S+ x1 d' x" w6 pMay I help you with something? I think I have met you somewhere before. & N+ R5 d- j# \3 k a
7 Z; F% g' B2 E' e Hey, hey, hey, what's going on?“what is going on?”就是年轻黑人打招呼的用语 (a form of greeting or open statement) 或 Hey, hey, hey, are you going to the movie?(帅哥,你是去看电影吗?) " _% {3 f; q2 {

(a girl or woman gives sex freely without charge),也就是说:She is very loose. 或 She is a loose woman (girl)。
! O. n& c" V7 M: q. b- L# h0 W They are (were) hos.
L6 J! L: w/ M& G; _0 H There are quite a few hos in high schools. (a girl or woman is paid for sex.)

2 M' ?+ Z* t* s7 F. I5 r \9 I8 Z6. Catch you later!
/ [9 |8 g+ ]1 n
(a form to say“good乡bye”) 也就是说:现在没有时间与你交谈,以後再谈吧!(I don't have time to talk with you now, but we can talk later.) catch 後面,也可用其他人称代名词(him, her, them 等)
+ [3 X; c3 N: F* U% P2 [有时年轻小伙子也用:I am off. 意思就是:I am leaving now; I'll talk to you again. , U- z% x# Z q% |% W, h
