The Position
The Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit: A Capital Campaign for 630 CHED Santas Anonymous, is looking for a
8 Y  `( y, L0 c) O7 j! t2 wskilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
# v( ]( P& y4 x' _% CDuties and responsibilities
& L& \- n% M! F5 G% LGeneral
. h" V8 E+ i. k! N3 A4 c• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
8 q3 X6 r2 K1 I: K, J7 h• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
1 ~" _8 ~0 u% Z! |development, distributes and files same
• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures
• Archives files
• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
7 u1 g) `" w& Z3 T• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
• Appointment and meeting scheduling
# \; W% ~" R3 ]+ _5 l3 H  u• Assist in planning and preparing for special events
• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office
Administration
0 G. H/ ^- S: c' i# y, o+ ]• Provides administrative support to the project leader and manager of marketing and fund development as

• Accounts payable complete to checks
: H+ S/ F: e& T2 y3 f2 C4 m• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
2 K4 C7 }' J2 x5 o- ^5 I• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
4 u( V  Y: M: t2 lQualifications
• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
- Z) F- i* Z4 E# s" Zsoftware (Income Manager)
• Ability to flex time as required

/ q: U0 E. K6 D9 F! T" ?: ^( ^7 C• Requires personal vehicle
- x: A5 @+ c$ Z! q6 nHours of Work
