可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
2 M0 v7 q% H) T6 V  w但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
% k" a6 q" ~1 ?# t2 ]. [不是太贵就是很不理想
再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

# H( O4 s  S0 I3 ]/ _I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
