Air Canada is revising its checked baggage policy for tickets issued on/after
September 7, 2011, for travel on/after October 11, 2011 for clients with an
Economy Class ticket as follows:

For travel between Canada and the United States*, a first bag fee of $25 CAD/USD applies;
3 I' G  ?0 S4 l7 C- Z' i4 z6 wFor travel between Canada/USA and Africa, the Middle East and Russia/Asia** and Australia/South America***, a second bag fee of $70 CAD/USD applies.
2 u7 r; S, p% hAlso effective for tickets issued on/after September 7, for travel on/after October 11,
Star Alliance™ Silver and clients who are not a part of Air Canada's Top Tier program holding an Executive Class®/First® ticket will be able to check two bags at no cost instead of three bags.

$ d9 j- t6 i8 Q* b* t) NThe second baggage fees already in place for Economy Class travel to/from the Canada, USA, the Caribbean, Europe and India will remain unchanged:

  ~* [/ a# C  C+ rWithin Canada, to/from Mexico, Costa Rica and the Caribbean****: $20 CAD/USD
To/from USA including Hawaii: $35 CAD/USD

这种情况要加钱吗？要加的话，加多少？

9月7号之前买的票第二件行李应该不用交钱。
“Tickets issued before September 7 or travel before October 11, 2011: Check a 2nd bag free of charge.”
