The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
5 I5 p+ F; d( w/ Sperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
! V3 s/ d6 Q- B7 s# J$ ]relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet0 h2 i: j) `0 K; {3 J5 E

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic; c& E4 Q: L' B
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
1 w: I5 k& N' |( _5 V+ f· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;8 d8 R- x! d# ?* I' y7 e
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
; M& T) v* u3 s" I" b' {· Collect payments for cash account orders;
; M7 @3 k/ y, L7 R· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
" p! v+ N7 d4 T- `· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
$ n8 H6 r F) \& u· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
, E5 m* A* S2 J1 _; ndatabase;
2 P& i$ \# z- F5 w) p4 |, Q· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;9 }; P5 y# }) Q- P2 [9 C# R
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

J# v: r! L2 t( J2 N+ jQualifications/Requirements:
1 N/ c- Y }2 V· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
8 `0 r$ j+ j# p% [lasting relationships with customers;% ?# J# ?& n2 Y1 F( I
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;1 ^/ c- C; x4 P6 m0 S
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
; E; Q6 y% Z: G/ J( K) K· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
j4 z! p; ?$ |· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);% A- D' Y, y' ^. ?9 }. q
· Excellent organizational skills;
