The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
+ G9 e, }+ P% D+ y: Q# y' Q& X/ vperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining) b( j) m. k% h! \) u/ H* S
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;+ n P0 V- A. T, h' g% e8 G
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
- ^# R; e& a! ~) |· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
9 o! x& u1 o) q* u$ {8 z0 k4 }· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;; S1 i5 H, n- `9 {3 a f$ e2 P/ |; m
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
" G# D `: A' G· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;( ^. B1 R2 }: D: p& J
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;' Q7 W0 a( P3 Z" d! X$ F# \
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate: L2 P! o' W4 F P
database;
+ X) B( R0 i3 n! d- t$ t· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;) W* @' Z. ?2 T) h
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;7 z$ I" z5 s7 g; D/ Z
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;$ Q' M( A$ |( H6 y$ F/ r5 }9 O
Qualifications/Requirements:$ ?6 G. g5 o% F, S
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain# H* B' P! O! m1 O: }. r q
lasting relationships with customers;( s _. P' j7 O! A7 W$ B5 A
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;8 ?. e) U/ n9 K& \+ U& L
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;) Q- F, W Q! L% F& I
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills; n4 Y ?. S! D9 W( I( R5 C
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
7 G* K4 g6 H: O( X· Excellent organizational skills;
