The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in4 _6 A0 s2 a6 u: j! w
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining z$ V9 b# z2 c9 ~

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
+ Z& g* T5 X, q8 q* |4 ^: H· Verify pricing and availability of product;
; a7 v4 @; _0 {2 I; }· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
- {; H; t; g9 N i· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
3 B. _0 O" z: K/ F% ~6 M· Collect payments for cash account orders;
, v% G1 J+ a) F( X1 [· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
) S* T+ A" J) z/ N: g: v! {% k. J/ V$ y· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
; Z( ]/ b* G: Z- d- ^· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate' ~& E8 R! c5 K

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
# F# R4 C- a s$ K· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;" b0 |% g- x5 Q i. h0 O) @2 r+ [
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
; w: e& B; j# h5 B; t$ gQualifications/Requirements:+ W& t# t8 j( Q# t# k5 r% L
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
1 A0 s+ c9 c' ~9 v, w. flasting relationships with customers;
" g8 z' U! Y& A t' ?· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;& j0 r% n* l5 o1 a% F1 c
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;* q/ f; c U8 S) t& O! o
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
* F4 Q/ X. h( W" f/ d& S· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
5 d7 h3 W+ }2 p2 t' x· Excellent organizational skills;
