The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in1 n. G  H* i& U4 t4 Z
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining- H' c) R! x7 p; z! d7 I$ c- D
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet
4 s4 d8 P& e! }7 j7 T; Oclient demands are key components of this position.
/ @- c" I1 X7 z7 b6 J! U% }Responsibilities:$ D% |$ v3 v3 M' s5 C. z" j# P
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;6 c7 I$ s% f0 j, w& `( m( \
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
: F4 X3 i; ~. ?3 |+ p7 F· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
/ T6 H! g6 _+ G; R" i! w· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
+ ]0 t" D( _# t- t' A( Z* e· Collect payments for cash account orders;, C; r4 T. j% \$ }1 s# \: l7 s
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
: Y( q" W/ D) v7 t, |5 W7 y· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
2 U* F/ `" Q0 x& ]: b- W) x· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
% ~  z& L6 L4 [database;
, ^, d9 [, X1 l; f( P8 R% c& _$ Y· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
- n% I0 E* `) H! D· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
9 a4 s$ k9 V$ d: P. I1 x/ A7 b' R· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;" d1 U8 R! Z7 l  P8 Q
Qualifications/Requirements:
! V7 a! \- u; r  x0 [# p· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain" _, p- k6 {3 r7 p! o4 m; L
lasting relationships with customers;
9 W" @" G4 U. K$ u* F· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
; k: y& y" C5 t! A& y· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;) f1 b- C' U. |# Q7 h: ?
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;/ S0 Y3 ~; T) M
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);% L: M! A- V4 F% G4 w- h
· Excellent organizational skills;6 H3 F" f3 k, M# O) O
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;. K# L0 e; d  \0 k* p  j+ V
