person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
+ K9 N/ b/ {7 E1 O# F8 p$ p% j! w· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
! S4 @( J, T2 v; M· Verify pricing and availability of product;7 D8 ]2 c0 q" F
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
& b1 f5 h6 `7 m# [· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;. V c# y4 G7 v
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
& h, {- z$ u# ?7 A7 N7 [5 H# C· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
8 R' ~8 q6 h+ M% O· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;6 D) Q. }$ U2 T5 \* u; w' C, E
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
, t+ P, u& l; u4 Odatabase;- u" G9 N- `+ u! p* i
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;" S/ i, U: v, r! N. |
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
# g0 K" t% v7 p! i1 i) H· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
9 P! B9 u( C6 i9 iQualifications/Requirements:0 E; u% C1 o9 D7 W: l
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain! ~6 z% {; U8 p% x3 Z I% n
lasting relationships with customers;
1 T7 Q6 y# w s" \8 e' S. L· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
1 D6 U: y! W! X( [: V- r· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;% x, L9 f+ C, ?! h+ G
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;& s- N: ^! e# N6 u
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
