The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in" d( y, B) n: N
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining* X. y8 V- G5 {& M- c8 C' U9 J7 |

Responsibilities:- B2 C" P6 q$ _, u' K! U
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
1 T, z3 S9 v- [4 O; i* ^· Verify pricing and availability of product;" j( s A, X& a7 }! E
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;. a2 e# m+ g1 U L
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;5 M4 ~% i) r8 K, e$ M
· Collect payments for cash account orders;4 H, z, U4 M" c4 d. s t7 ~2 C u
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
! V( L" b2 O8 p+ s, @( I2 h· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;& v) J& Q- ~6 J( w1 C1 ~
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
2 W# t9 E5 `# s$ @4 m. qdatabase;
7 e6 u/ j) H2 K! H W, z0 u· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;4 U$ ?; ]4 f0 u
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

Qualifications/Requirements:
$ k8 I3 D# N; K· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain0 y5 u" y X9 H" C7 _
lasting relationships with customers;1 o) m% ?0 D o* |$ B/ n7 i: e
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
& e& q/ N4 p! d* K; y· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
4 D4 g/ `& [" I# z1 G+ m· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
S# V8 `) n0 {/ ]& r5 ?# C7 I· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);: |8 G7 `$ q& A/ A6 G1 p7 k
