The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

Responsibilities include:
6 X- _3 w* X% Z2 `% I/ u• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
0 w5 B# F7 i/ z) S% c5 {% P• Program implementation
• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
; Q( \6 m2 {2 ?9 R1 X• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
2 q) @! F0 b9 m2 V) s0 B$ {/ b• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
+ u, P6 D7 G! [7 w• Behavior management
• Medication Administration
• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
• Completion of a high school diploma
+ e% {; @0 R6 A. `  a+ q8 ^% s• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
& }, b. B. l3 TTraining & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
• Standard First Aid with CPR
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
• *Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training
• *Medication Administration

Salary: $13.43 - $14.25 per hour, plus benefits beginning day one of employment
