Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

5 A8 |; [- q* a•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
7 O) v" ^) w1 d, U) N; X•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
4 z# I% W5 v$ F: |•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
5 c5 Q+ d9 r  l5 `/ U6 {# N" @3 q•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
2 f* U4 d9 w8 u, z, J1 L6 H( V6 {& d* `•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

  |6 s. R; y2 ]•        Completion of high school or equivalent required

•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
