Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
: s$ i  T; y8 J+ bShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:
* P6 X) e1 k0 `
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
' B  V7 l% K! p7 Z4 Z% ?9 e8 E$ t! U8 |•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
) F* L9 V7 v/ s•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 @0 L( e# O, _+ ?7 v' k•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
$ T' i) m' j# [$ V1 v0 ]•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
; Y8 X. N" y/ I$ y+ \3 ]8 [" L
3 a& \- J2 P# X5 t  p•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
. q; [4 c* G, Z•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
