7 E/ ]' Z" a& i; f5 BShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
" L4 A+ s/ E( e) X' X•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
: [% L2 U" s7 |5 T2 }•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
9 F& P9 J, ~& _, x8 v6 q! r- e•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
; V  ~7 T0 G6 X* _" Y; @0 D•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
8 |/ A7 K3 G% I3 J3 T  f1 \•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:
* W5 D( Y8 z; B& ^3 c
$ F0 K$ \! d0 x•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
