Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

! ^7 v1 l5 ?# y4 h  Y•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
3 y2 ?1 U7 A* n. _. ]( g•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
# v) [* \0 j9 Z) ^•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
6 ]& Z, p. F* g+ K  G6 d! z; z•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
; N7 [; Y- W. o" V•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
% g" @7 f* e4 Q3 L: P1 B0 O•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
' b  A$ V0 g: Z9 }/ i•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
/ \+ p( V6 @9 p. d& l" V•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
