Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
% `7 @* F  N# B" J0 |: cWage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  I' {# X+ k& K5 [( \( f( i& q•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
! P$ A" ~7 M* H  F( ~•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
' S+ B* N5 _6 s: Y( u$ f•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
$ h1 c) h/ V8 A# I  H5 ^0 R  D•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

% M- b" |9 z- T2 _# K7 K•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
* n( |# [1 U0 p5 ?•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
