> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
: [6 G$ W; Q) V4 S8 o> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 a( ^7 X- Y& i2 t> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
+ ?0 Q: Z4 m1 u  V3 S> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
8 E! C' {6 @! a  v> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
& P+ e$ B3 r! |! S> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
* x0 z$ |! a# l/ b! ~$ W, C& z& O" G> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
, _0 k: D) T* L, }> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
1 ?+ }! F9 J8 s. @& {3 ]: p- s+ ~> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
