> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

& P8 V6 X4 Z: i% W; |> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
1 E2 R& o. S- Q6 B3 V> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
, E" {3 b+ u! V5 w, M1 B) K> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
+ b/ K6 A  r7 [3 S! E$ {, p$ B6 s. P> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
$ i1 p4 P/ Z& Y7 ], U# F: E> network, VPN, etc.

2 H! D6 E! w6 @" i  e- K> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
6 b) P7 E8 R- a% H# L: T> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
" o+ P  c3 O7 d9 ^" @+ I, w3 H> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
$ `% N* o' z1 L  d7 Y> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
% S8 v" C2 w& C> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
2 g8 h5 w$ J. @0 V; e( ~! c+ z> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
