Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
8 \4 K; c5 S. |% r) ]; Y• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
- d; k t/ n; \: P• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems

o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

• Assist in Sales support & training.
