Scope and Purpose of Job
- L8 B. A+ v2 [, P, j% R+ mEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

4 \* }9 I- \; k( P• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
! B$ Y( g. L' L. p. c3 g+ o• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
7 U+ L$ h% ? h0 r/ X0 T2 K5 c• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
% _. p1 ~' P9 Wo Test all new patch versions of software prior to release

• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.- P6 I" X( u& C. ^; g4 p3 o$ O9 \* I

• Track and report all warranty failures

o Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports

o Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.

• Assist in Sales support & training.

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
