上午刚接到一个建筑公司总经理的电话，他们这周会在南区和西区选~10块地，建~2000SF的Spec Homes。 装修不错，应该包木地板，大理石台面等等。关于装修的级别和档次，他们需要这周五开会决定。具体细节例单他会在会后发给我。
价格约40万。

如对这些Spec Home感兴趣的朋友，可来个电话。因价格非常吸引人，我可能得记录电话的先后顺序，请谅解。

西边应该是SECOR

据我所知，南边的是Rutherford Heights
西边的是Lewis Estate

The textbook definition of a spec house is "one built on a speculative basis, without an order on the books". Commonly, a buyer will be unsatisfied with this type of house because it was not built or customized to their tastes.

The price looks good, but it is very basic configuration. After you got what you need, the price is so so. You can find lots comparable properties.

我觉得rutherford height 好像都没地了，怎么还有人可以再建？要不然就是rutherford height 被扩大了？
