If one doesn't work out, then I will consider hiring 2 caregivers to share this night shift schedule. Each one will be paid on a hourly rate of $12 - $14/hr. Since I start this recruitment so early this time, I might get lucky in the next six months!$ R# Q5 r- A" q+ C! {$ [
