30ml brandy

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

3 f+ }: K. ^; N! _' [9 }6 Q1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
% r- T5 S6 L9 s6 q) @& j+ Z6 ?2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
4 I1 \/ e" @* _& C5 I$ f! D3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.* j" e7 Q) }* j1 \5 o4 ~
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
