% v ~( g( n# o% u1 P9 k# r0 a1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan7 U; C. M" n" F+ }
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.- } J/ {+ y( A8 L
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
( k$ D9 c0 n( ^) P9 l' O; ^4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.+ X2 b' g6 i1 A0 ^& H
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
