15ml lemon juice! r9 |4 A8 w) z. m4 A
2 bananas
5 y6 J8 e1 a$ F$ A" ]4 G& A2 A30ml brandy
* K) D" ^, x8 bStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate8 d5 F, @2 m% j, K+ L

Method
* Q( Z. z* r/ v1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan1 \; v: L6 |: Y9 K, S. p' ^ C
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
0 S7 Z0 s0 @- J5 I4 ^3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
! ` w- T6 B: }% z# N1 n4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
; L6 t( s& U4 {( }5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
