- b# `9 J1 Y2 C$ `9 Q, {1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan

' w+ p) @8 T4 W% E3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.' k+ C- w: O( R4 l
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
