2 bananas

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate6 p* ~3 D; M+ v b+ L, t. K
Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
, y* I+ y) D- n, ^( y2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.) H8 c# D8 W$ d& a! @ S0 M/ `7 o
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.5 d: Z4 T( X1 y
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
