2 E- M! x* I9 ]4 \30ml brandy

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan4 ^! ~, `- _1 b ^7 I( k
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.

4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.% `. A8 P' P# k: N, d0 v' Y
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
