15ml brown sugar
4 f3 o$ D1 S7 T" G# k8 s15ml lemon juice
" g8 S0 o# {6 w4 f% I8 R2 bananas
1 x/ w$ T6 y! w30ml brandy
K& } |, b9 e, W0 A6 Y; wStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
- B2 f: V7 C R6 u1 ^2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
( d4 {, v6 `2 C6 {+ r% u3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
8 z$ ^5 _) ?5 f4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
