如何找回父母团聚的档案号

帮朋友问。。他的ID登录不了。。
请问申请了父母团聚移民。但是万一把档案号忘记了。。有什么办法可以找回档案号。

但是还是存有疑问
总得提供什么证明证据。移民局才可以告诉档案号吧。

生日姓名打电话之前先让你父母签一份use of representative表格传真过去。不然他们不告诉你
