Please notice that the 91th edition is a French edition. The 90th edition was used in last semester (Fall of 2011). There is no much difference between 90th and 92th editions. It is just some tax rates changed.

/ y3 t* [* _! A% j貌似不是这么回事儿。。。至少我们老师（Stacy Cooper, CA, nait的staff）说的是，只能用92和91，之前的不是不能用，而是新的rates没有。。
