JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
6 N# i) M! G2 j1 r* m9 V3 rThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as* N8 e7 L. y/ }$ v( ^& k# j9 |
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
" V7 V0 z: P4 o0 @: Uand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable6 I3 v) e$ p9 L
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.) Y; e; i' v+ G+ c2 c/ X" t
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.- e; F) @1 t% M- }$ f J3 D8 P) p4 V
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
9 ?7 M+ M( }1 ccompany’s business goals and policies

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE4 q" e1 }6 n! ~: i5 O
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required& l" c; j: C8 ?
• Some field operational experience
- o- h$ r4 {8 s/ i5 ]. {• Some knowledge of the services company provides

4 L% s% v/ f' A4 Y+ a/ X补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。5 P$ q4 ?2 x$ \) {, D

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
