7 Y; X9 [" m; W4 pReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Z& q1 g( W# c•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
. v4 F3 U- d" r$ \2 G•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
' R% ]' z) ~4 i5 }4 u' b5 t•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
' s% `0 y; L: r" K) H+ |•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
' V; X3 Q9 U% Z9 ^•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
- ^( n7 F+ B+ `: ~•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
$ w2 S. P% A1 G" L/ q+ u% ?5 U! v) v( d0 ?•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
6 S- o" i) G6 B7 u8 \/ \•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.! d3 \2 [* e* k5 F
•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).; V; d' L% F  F/ J+ M. Z' y' f: h* T
•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.8 M+ C$ p% M4 q: j/ _
•        Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.

•        Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.' j  r8 C, M1 v3 J6 c
•        Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

* d6 g0 O) ^7 ORequirements:7 ]3 V2 W9 D. ]0 d8 W/ L
•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
, _6 e* j$ O1 c, A  Z•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
4 J5 x" _  N  Y6 f! w+ C8 u•        Strong Union Relations experience required. , E. A' f, I1 G, q, }3 W
•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
