头一次看见这样的房子，03年房子，很便宜，还没有lot。奇怪中，我记得condo都有lot,不是吗？。。。。明白人能解释一下吗？

狂吃

在CHINA TOWN 附近，TOWNHOUSE，LOT 尺寸不知道，结构比较奇怪，总共4个卫生间。这样的地段，我觉得不算便宜了。
