1) Any bodily injury or death;. p0 R `5 @" n9 t" |0 ~( w% g
2) A Hit-and-Run;) K4 N* k* a8 i# @# g
3) A driver impaired by alcohol or drugs;; ^0 S c. H# W& ~
4) A motor vehicle towed from the scene;

One exception may be an owner's discovery that his/her vehicle has been damaged in a hit-and-run, but the vehicle can still be safely driven to Police Headquarters.
