Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
% A1 s0 Z8 p/ [9 O•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
9 t4 z( d4 K# I& q- j: ]•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
$ a$ E- q3 N. R7 @9 l" _) [•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
' }% G! e& r0 W) ]•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
/ d( [; x4 x1 j' c1 n" ^  x5 r•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

) z+ l' [2 p0 \5 l0 v1 q# T) d•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
" z. P. ]+ X, q/ z. b. L•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
$ x' a- A. C; F•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
