Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

6 g& w# H; c0 i: x! B' T/ r•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
7 i$ X4 g3 P$ d7 B; \+ b' s* _$ O•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
# x' |$ Y4 H8 r6 v) X9 f•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
9 D4 @2 @! n& I8 P- ]" _) `•        Completion of secondary education is required
( q# e! b' D8 H: B/ Z•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
3 N! t" ~; Z! Q' O5 t•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
