•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
! O# W6 Q/ R& U3 y& |•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
! m8 n8 g; D9 v# Y9 y( a% ?•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
# ^8 u  ?* ?, R" m5 t•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

* H( j; w" L1 I# A7 q•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
