•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
9 F! l  i. S8 {5 y, k. U1 \$ R9 X! N4 ]•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
# Z  Q  N1 o$ v0 p. e+ b•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
! K. i% V) Z1 A! J/ k  l  c•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
3 z, z. J: q  a) c1 ^/ W) m- w' T- j' n•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
