Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
" h6 Z$ J- v2 E•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
' h$ P& M, {" V7 V( R, Y- }•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
5 K$ {( ?. w( [# |- }•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
9 s1 D& Z5 M/ }$ k* D4 X" u/ l8 b•        Completion of secondary education is required
& f; O; e$ n5 W2 J5 C$ Q•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
: |: Z! Y6 s7 {3 n. D5 f# ^•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
