• Complete and post staff schedules $ E8 U' S; q# L) }
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines) G" m* Y( F& k& l0 q+ A$ X8 }# P5 \
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
3 p1 A! `0 _7 r5 H- [$ e8 y• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
5 c! [9 ?& P' [* M# T- ]• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
" ]9 I' p+ |- N+ n2 ]• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed% P3 C- g- E2 K4 L. `
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
: N9 l% z6 n- j" pExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset% l' d9 u' S/ ` U5 C- R
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)) _& {5 \- O* J, A+ o
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
