Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

% ^# u9 q% C) S6 u8 n•        Complete and post staff schedules
! U& r# l: C6 s6 L•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
, O! A4 Q$ N" d0 N! r) X•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
$ n; i, m5 N9 ?7 |) G% n5 N/ Z+ W•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
7 ]* A  T+ V! z•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
4 o  T4 S- Q1 [( g" T( T•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
/ W8 R/ t  A/ X•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

% L1 N3 o9 H' O7 A/ c1 h% IPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
