• Complete and post staff schedules + z9 n2 A9 L+ ~ U4 M& r
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines% J4 n! }& o+ g8 n* J% e% c6 ]
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management; G4 L7 m8 J& N
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff0 W4 k5 i5 }9 y8 D: T
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date

• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees1 p& I5 b( j. v3 _9 g
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales& ]4 D% b5 N7 e; i' ?- [' M: O
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management ' I+ i3 j) ]7 c- \/ z7 m
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
1 ~9 P6 I; U% ~7 I( {% y7 W, BExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
