Wages: $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:

• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines0 A+ A& ?( v, q, _. b- R+ H% ?
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management( |, z+ X2 h1 f5 Z+ i( f9 N
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
3 S; C' G+ X3 y9 s• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
5 j$ d3 }+ y7 {7 p. r1 I8 y, T• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed/ Y, }1 C x- f& _$ G
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees5 A0 |/ L0 r, e" Z) D0 k
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway8 e7 z1 V% `) a
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
; C3 o n' M& E0 M. mCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer). J+ I; N. F, Z6 N5 d
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion* Z% D# Z5 B& X! D, x, r
