Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
: P5 P6 _( {7 s3 A•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
3 S; C' G+ X3 y9 s•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
5 j$ d3 }+ y7 {7 p. r1 I8 y, T•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
7 M+ u) k/ D1 b5 Z•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

9 J2 l8 m+ H; C, M) E% aEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
; C3 o  n' M& E0 M. mCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
