•        Complete and post staff schedules / t' N/ a" k/ ^
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
# N4 O0 Y% ^6 {; J  N/ a•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
: ~4 @& ]8 I. F% R7 T•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
$ e; Q3 o/ \; DExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset# V* q0 }9 g/ j1 o
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)3 ?6 l3 v  u( |  ^/ D# a" Q
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
