Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management

5 c! [9 ?& P' [* M# T- ]•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
" ]9 I' p+ |- N+ n2 ]•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

7 F' V& n8 @( J0 l" a; ^1 m' t•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
: N9 l% z6 n- j" pExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
