! U& r# l: C6 s6 L• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines' w5 ]3 G/ d, U* \/ J1 c; M$ \7 F
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
, O! A4 Q$ N" d0 N! r) X• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
