Yes, your ld is right, however somebody likes it close while the others may not. Some look at it as convenience but others may see it as noisiness and nuisance. It all depends on one's preference.

Sorry, but you are badly mistaken.

In UW, a 40' pocket walkout to pond lot would cost you $240k, or a 60' pocket walkout to trail lot would cost you $350k. Where else could be cheaper? Plz let me know.

UW is one of the cheapest area in the entire city.

only a few lots in the UW urban are facing the police station...I think it's a plus sign, with the cops driving around your neighbourhood will feel really secure. just my personal opinion. and it's not like next door to you.

2) WR is the west part of UW (Windermere Dr only) that backs into the river valley.

一般是先选地。看你想要多大的，什么朝向啊，要不要钥匙圈里呀，想不想后面是池塘呀什么的。看到心仪的地块之后，这块地是哪个建筑商的你再去找他们谈。一般他们会有几个可选的户型供你参考，你可以选一个在此基础上提你的建议要求修改；如果自己懂设计的也可以自己出图让他们照图建。
Ridge那边没个几百万是进不去的。那边是纯自主建房，没有样板间的。从UW直着向西就到了，MM可以去转转。

没有那么邪乎吧。Ridge的房，我趁framing阶段，进去好几家看（都是不靠河的）。面积不小，但设计很一般，尤其是后院留的少，而前低后高，感觉很差。靠河的那些，不可能买的起。不靠河的，如果还有一线可能的话，我也不会选择Ridge。可能类似Grande那些感觉更好。

很多东西都是一种距离美，我第一次去Sunny Valley内第二个show home，觉得很不错。等第二次去就觉得相当的惨不忍睹了。

向毛主席保证：没骗人。
我们去转的时候，不靠河的那一侧还没有几个房子。长长的一条路只在右侧有房子，入口还有个像门岗一样的小建筑物，感觉像进了私人领地。然后每家都是至少6车库，我们慢慢开过去，正欣赏呢，就发觉后面不知什么时候跟了一辆黑色SUV，绝对不是从外面跟来的，而是从不知哪个车库出来的。就那么跟着也不超过我们。不会是哪个黑社会老大住这里吧？我们赶紧加速往南开，结果还是死胡同，只好调头往回走，跟SUV擦肩而过。那个车一直尾随我们到门岗那里，然后没再跟出来。
之后没敢再去第二次，所以一直还保持着“距离美”。
