•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities

! J0 D. L) p9 c' D•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

0 T- `4 r+ P1 W* o. S•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

Who’s eligible for the Career Bridge paid internship program?
Internationally qualified professionals who:

$ x/ y6 o( F" ~. f! O( j2 T•        have the equivalent of a Canadian bachelor’s degree and a completed education credential assessment
•        have at least 3 years of international work experience in their field
•        have little or no career related Canadian work experience
•        have been in Canada for less than 3 years
•        are legally able to work in Canada
