• Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required; g0 A: o. v4 n

• Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions% H4 M# U, [8 X: e8 a- G& z, v9 Q+ ^8 N

• Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.+ K# S; l( I7 ]) H9 o
