This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
0 ?0 b7 h1 c6 [* B# J4 K•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
& k9 Q5 b: t; Z) k0 F7 X! y/ O•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

; P( D1 _- o9 t( mAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
" z' [( }- w1 Q* x9 D•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
: G* n+ k' y* p7 }- m•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
! P" _: U9 L. z  L3 {1 e•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
1 P9 Y% S7 {1 J8 ^8 W3 n# ]•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
, l! q$ u, Z; B1 m' m•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

0 r8 s# O' `. ^3 u8 |9 H" Z•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
