请教个异地买车问题？

今天看到辆车 挺喜欢，写的是edmonton的但是联系了下车主说他的车在安省 他已经离开加拿大了 车交给一个叫Thunder Bay 的shipping company 在Ontario，他会提供一切相关需用信息 以及车的运输费用 这玩意靠谱吗？请教下有经验的人 如有谁知道流程那就更好了

以前买车的时候常见到这样的回信，车况特好，价格极低，然后就是车主不在国内，骗子一个。
