A male wearing a balaclava and carrying a handgun was spotted by a pedestrian walking in the area of Falconer Road and Riverbend Road at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. / d6 \4 M, V) p `- f ! z3 q- a4 ~. ]Police arrested the man later in the afternoon at the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, after receiving a tip from a resident.& {3 @4 e1 `* [" G- n! v1 w7 ^
