关于EI maternity benefits和EI parental benefits的申请有一段这样的说明! F! d1 ?; y! o6 l

You meet the specific criteria for receiving EI maternity or parental benefit

不知道大家怎么理解qualifying period 这句话的意思。

由于按照该网页的说明，EI maternity benefits可以在生育前申请的，而EI parental benefits则要生育后才可以申请的。) x& t. @: e6 k1 a4 i r( S% c
其实是想要弄清楚的是在如果生育前申请了EI maternity benefits，那么生育后 申请EI parental benefits的时候要满足的qualifying period 到底是怎么计算的呀。 }& Y- e: d+ e' p; V' Y& M# g; m
