Technical Architect
Identifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.

Provides the overall design and structure to the application.
8 l9 ?; z- S; CEstablishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
Mentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
Enforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
; H; I" F: Y9 g& ]! C+ M- r6 x+ v% iAssists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
3 ?$ [' M' K2 c% K3 Q- @Provides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
/ s! }* I9 s+ EGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Minimum 6 years of solid hands-on VB.NET coding experience.

Minimum 8 years development experience with SQL Server

Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
