看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。. _1 r" n9 X$ P" y3 D3 q

Note: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.
, E% ^- J/ @) k) A% gBabies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:
, h3 L& J* j. b" n: ~4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)
! s$ ]/ X1 ^6 T+ K% h5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)
7 |% e+ I# l" ]1 l5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.6 a( P8 D3 S9 A; R
6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)8 R: R$ F( W2 ]. P" g
7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)
8 \/ r+ b' i& H+ s8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).
) H0 Y q, J \10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)
, i) U9 P5 u+ J' L6 iIN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.
% }. a' M! L; H5 ?1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula." c1 k% E6 I3 ?6 t; A
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.8 y) Y2 l8 M9 a9 B
3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.
/ Q9 Y, Q* _( n4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.7 ~6 q A' Q$ A! Q6 n2 U6 ]
5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.( a& D9 u2 @7 ?1 L
6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods' v+ r H5 T6 M: b
